Refund Policy

Refunds: 
Reach out to hello@portrufus.com with your order # located on your receipt to begin a return. Items can only be returned unworn / unused with tags attached. Once your return has been inspected and returned to our inventory, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. There may be a delay depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
